Organise your daily tasks with our free "To Do List" template
Discover our to-do list template, built specifically for handling your daily tasks.
For better organisation, and to grow the sense of achievement across a day, we would suggest turning your usual to-do list into a Kanban — which suits the job better, for several reasons:
- drag and drop tasks according to how far along they are
- hide the tasks you have finished, for a better view of your day
- enrich your cards with whatever information your project or projects need
- add due dates to organise your week or your day
Our template handles a simple task list, where tasks can be moved from Todo to Done while you work on them.
You simply start with a Kanban board that you can then refine. Install other dimensions as you go, tracking the people assigned, for example, or priority and importance.

You can indeed run a to-do list as a team by assigning tasks to each member of the same project, and so approach your project from different views (by team, by member, by day, and so on). Go here to learn more about managing a project as a team.
To go further and organise yourself better still, we would suggest looking at our article on the notion of a "finished task". The idea of something being "done" is more complicated than it looks; find out how to adapt it to your own projects in our article.
