How is a module's price set?
Each module has its own price, because each one covers a different amount of ground. The figure on the pricing page is an entry price: the module you pick may cost more than that. From the second module onwards the rate is degressive, which is what the bundle formula is — a first module at its own price, every module after it at a lower rate.
What counts as a user?
A user is a named person, not a concurrent connection: you pay for the people who have an access, whatever time of day they use it. A login shared between several people is therefore not the way to count — and not the way to keep an audit trail that means anything either.
What happens beyond ten users on the enterprise plan?
The enterprise plan is priced by bracket rather than per user. It covers up to ten users; above that, each bracket of five users adds 200 € a month up to twenty-five users, then 100 € a month per bracket of five. The bigger the team, the lower the cost per person — which is the opposite of a per-seat licence, and deliberate.
Can we move from one formula to another?
Yes, at any time, in either direction. Few teams start in the right place: most begin with the one module that hurts, add a second, and move to the Full SaaS when the arithmetic turns. You are meant to move — the formulas are a ladder, not four separate products.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, and no notice period either. None of the formulas ties you to a term: you stop the month the value stops. That is also what obliges us to produce it every month rather than once, at signature.
Are the AI agents included?
Connecting your AI agents over MCP is included in the Full SaaS and enterprise plans, where it is listed among what you get. On the per-module and bundle formulas it is not part of the price, but it can be added — it is worth a conversation, because for most teams the arithmetic points at the Full SaaS.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Your data is hosted in Europe (Belgium), on infrastructure managed by Klaro Cards. All connections are encrypted, access is role-based, and every change is logged in a full audit trail. A dedicated-instance option is available for organisations with stricter requirements.
How quickly can we get started?
A first module is typically operational within a few days. There is no multi-month deployment project. Start with the module that addresses your most painful friction, measure the result, and expand from there.
