That is it — the first Klaro templates are available!
We are proud to offer you 10 new templates to build your projects more easily. More are coming very soon; if you have suggestions, get in touch directly by replying to this email.
We will shortly be opening the template engine so you can create your own. Do get in touch now if you already have one or several project templates in mind.
In the meantime, here are the first 10 templates to discover without further ado.
🗂 The "General" templates
Todo list: a simple task list, where each task can be moved from Todo to Done as your work advances.
Kanban Board: a board for following what has to be done, laid out as a Kanban. With a short blog post to explain the concept.
Team Work: helps divide tasks between the members of a team, follow the work on a Kanban, and see the team's priorities and workload.
👨💻 The "Software" templates
Bug List: follows a list of bugs for a website or a piece of software. It lets you track both the priority of each fix AND the progress, on dedicated boards.
Scrum Board: a tracking board inspired by the Scrum methodology, where Stories are broken down into Tasks and the work is organised into Sprints.
FAQ: build a list of FAQs. Write one Klaro card per question, and put the detailed answer with illustrations in the cards themselves, including as many attachments or external links as you like. See our own FAQ as a Klaro project here.
🚀 The "Start-up" templates
Growth Hacking: run your Growth Hacking strategy. Brainstorm growth ideas at each stage of the funnel. Assess effort and impact collectively thanks to Klaro's voting system, and identify easily which ideas are worth it. We wrote about it on our blog.
SWOT Analysis: carry out an analysis of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It lets you identify the action points that will build on the company's success, working through each SWOT card in turn.
Lean Canvas: reason about starting a business in terms of problems, solutions, key metrics and competitive advantages.
🤝 The Collective Intelligence templates
Meetings: a general template for running effective meetings using collective-intelligence techniques. The template helps you concentrate on the main objectives, decisions and action points. You will find more about it on our blog.
