The Belgian company offers SMEs a European alternative to American enterprise software.

Brussels, May 22, 2025 – Klaro Cards, a Belgian company helping SMEs and industrial players optimize their internal operations through a powerful and accessible no-code solution, has secured new funding to accelerate the development and commercialization of its product. The company reaches a new milestone in its growth, driven by rising demand for independent European alternatives to tools like Airtable, Notion, Trello, or even Excel.

Pharma giant GSK, training fund Cefora, and consultancy firm JZH&Partners are just a few of the organizations turning to Klaro Cards to map, streamline, and digitize their often complex business projects and processes—while facilitating collaboration through shared clarity. Rather than pursuing rapid growth, the company—founded in 2017 and selected last year for the Start it @CBC program—deliberately opts for thoughtful development, guided by real user needs.

A Powerful European Alternative

To accelerate its development and boost market visibility, Klaro Cards is raising €750,000 in fresh capital from its three existing investors, joined by a handful of business leaders. This new funding round brings the total capital raised to €1.19 million, with a company valuation of €3 million.

“With Klaro Cards, we want to offer SMEs and industrial players a credible, powerful, and 100% European alternative to tools that are often too generic, limited, or overly complex. Simplicity and clarity are at the heart of our solution, the result of years of development and refinement based on operational needs and concrete user feedback—combined with human guidance and deep understanding of the various business processes involved. We make powerful functionality for complex use cases instantly accessible to any user, with no prior technical knowledge,” says Bernard Lambeau, founder and CTO of Klaro Cards.

Powerful Capabilities Without Coding

The company offers a visual SaaS platform that enables non-developers to replicate some of the most powerful capabilities of software engineers—without any programming: building flexible, controlled information flows, efficiently managing and prioritizing repetitive tasks, automating deadlines, assigning roles, simplifying multi-team collaboration, and more.

Near-Zero Churn Rate

Klaro Cards' near-zero churn rate and the fact that most clients have been on board for years highlight the solution's strong traction. International interest is also growing.

“The benefit of observing users over long periods is that we've been able to test various models—from zero support to full consulting, including training. With just a small learning curve at the start, the five-year retention rate is excellent—even for teams with complex processes and with almost no support intervention,” explains Bernard Lambeau.

Another advantage in today’s economic context is that Klaro Cards is fully Belgian and all critical business data is stored locally, in compliance with the strict GDPR standards:

“Data must always belong to the customer,” concludes Bernard Lambeau.
