The Role

We're looking for a Business Developer with deep expertise in a specific industry vertical (pharma, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, logistics, energy, or similar) to spearhead our expansion in that market. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for your domain and drive new customer acquisition.

Klaro Cards is a highly-customizable generic platform, which can be tailored to support very specific use cases. As such, the role sits at the intersection of buyers and the product team: your primary mission is to sell what exists today, while feeding back market insights and necessary enhancements to shape the product roadmap.

You'll work directly with the founders and product team in a small, agile organization where your input has immediate impact.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for your industry vertical
  • Identify and qualify prospects facing digitalization challenges
  • Build and nurture a sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
  • Position Klaro Cards as a solution to industry-specific pain points
  • Develop partnerships with industry players, consultants, and integrators
  • Provide market intelligence to shape product roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting
  • Deep domain expertise and existing network in an industry ripe for digitalization
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and closing B2B deals
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial – you thrive in a remote, results-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation challenges in traditional industries

Nice to Have

  • Experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM applications and their business potential
  • Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies or process optimization
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
