To summarize the Scrum process briefly, it implements an incremental Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle:
- Plan: The Product Owner prioritizes items in the Product Backlog, and the team selects items to work on during the Sprint.
- Do: The team collaborates daily during the Sprint to complete tasks and deliver the Increment.
- Check: At the Sprint Review, the team demonstrates their work and collects feedback.
- Act: During the Sprint Retrospective, the team identifies ways to enhance their process for the next cycle.

3. About this Klaro Cards template
This template implements a simple (Product) Backlog, as follows:
Each Klaro Card is a so-called Story, that is an item of work that delivers value to users or customers.
