This template is very simple : your cards will represent bookmarks, each with a link and a category.

You can fine tune your categories in the Setting & members screen :

All bookmarks

The first board is a simple list of all your bookmarks :

Here, if you click a card, you'll have the possibility to edit the cards as usual in Klaro Cards. Take notes, adjust the category, etc.

Import existing data

If you want to import bookmarks, simply use the Excel import that you'll find in the Board tools menu. Use the CSV or Excel template proposed to get started with our import format.

Clickable board

The second board shows your bookmarks per category.

The main difference with the first board is that a Click Behavior has been configured to open the link in a new tab when you click the card :

Suggestions

Adapt the template to your needs :

1. Go to the Settings & members to fine-tune your categories
2. Add more dimensions to sort your bookmarks : per customer, company, project, scope, whatever
3. If you have lots of bookmarks, configure many clickable boards, and use the board filters to show relevant bookmarks in each.
4. If you'd prefer you can add your links in the card title or card description, and adjust the Click behavior to find the links there.
5. Archive or delete cards that correspond to bookmarks that you no longer use.
